Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software (Salesforce, Litify, or similar platforms).

Responsibilities

• Analyze case values and negotiate settlements directly with insurance carriers, defense counsel, or third-party administrators.
• Provide clients with timely updates regarding case status, offers, and settlement discussions.
• Coordinate with Case Managers, Attorneys, Liens and Medical Records Department, and accounting to complete demand packages and finalize settlements.
