You'll use platforms such as ADP and Paychex to enter payroll data, apply deductions, run reports, and maintain accurate payroll records while delivering excellent client service across multiple clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-end payroll experience (not just timekeeping).
• Experience with a major payroll platform (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Paylocity).
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Proven reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Run payroll for diverse clients using ADP/Paychex/Paylocity.
• Enter payroll data and employee information accurately.
• Apply deductions for taxes, benefits, retirement, and garnishments.
• Make retirement and HSA payments where applicable.
• Generate payroll reports and reconciliations for audits.
• Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide proactive client service and answer pay/benefits questions.
