You will use ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, and QuickBooks to process payroll, prepare reports, handle deductions, and ensure timely filings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of substantial payroll processing experience beyond timekeeping or data entry.
• Experience using major payroll platforms such as ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, or comparable systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple client responsibilities reliably.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple clients using major platforms.
• Enter and maintain employee payroll information.
• Apply deductions for taxes, benefits, retirement plans, and other items.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.
• Prepare Form 941 and other payroll reports for clients, HR, and audits.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and track PTO.
• Research and resolve payroll errors and payment issues.
• Provide responsive client service and answer questions on pay and benefits.
• Assist with new-hire payroll paperwork and setup.
