Job summary

DCH Brunswick Toyota in New Jersey is seeking an Experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy service team. You will greet customers, handle parts inquiries, coordinate orders, and process invoices with accuracy and speed.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a dealership environment, Toyota/CDK experience, and strong inventory skills. A valid driver's license and dependable, team-oriented attitude are essential for success in our fast-paced, high-volume store.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a dealership parts role.
• Dealership experience required; Toyota experience a plus.
• CDK experience preferred; general automotive knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer phones professionally.
• Assist customers with parts inquiries, availability, and orders.
• Coordinate and order parts for repairs and customer needs.
• Create invoices and process payments, returns, warranties, and core credits.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct counts.
• Keep the parts counter, stockroom, and work area clean and organized.
• Accurately identify and specify parts.
