L0701 DCH Brunswick Toyota in New Brunswick, NJ is hiring experienced automotive technicians to join a high-volume, Best-in-class service team. This flat-rate position offers strong earning potential through production incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in auto repair, Toyota or Japanese import experience preferred, ASE certification, a valid driver’s license, and excellent communication skills.

Estimated Annual Earnings: $75,000-$150,000

Service Department Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 6 pm & Sat 8 am - 4 pm

Who are we looking for?

High level technicians Toyota and/or Japanese import experience preferred, but not required ASE required

• Are highly-motivated, skilled and enthusiastic
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auto repair
• Are strong communicators with excellent people skills
• Are interested in continuing education
• Are over 18 years old and eligible to work in the US
• Have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

Est. Annual Earning range for this position range from $75,000.00 to $150,00.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on: Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
