GTA Industrial Supply is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in NE Georgia. This role focuses on stepping into an established territory, building strong customer relationships, and driving growth in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment.

The position will manage and grow an existing customer base, develop new business opportunities, and represent GTA professionally in the field and community.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales experience required, preferably in industrial distribution, fasteners, MRO, or related industries.
• Self-motivated with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage existing accounts while actively developing new business.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing territory activity.
• Proficient computer and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow an established client portfolio throughout the assigned territory.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
• Work closely with Inside Sales and Operations teams to ensure exceptional customer service and order accuracy.
• Meet with customers regularly to understand their needs and provide product solutions.
• Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and maintain ongoing customer communication.
• Maintain product knowledge of industrial supplies, tools, and related products.
