Job summary

The Goddard School of Parker, CO is seeking an experienced early childhood teacher to work with one-year-olds. Our team is supportive, the teachers are kind, and you will be empowered to manage a classroom effectively while keeping students engaged and learning through play.

You must be credentialed at least a level II with recent toddler classroom experience. We train and coach you, pay for EQIT or other ECE courses, and follow a play‑based, Conscious Discipline curriculum.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced early childhood teacher working with one-year-olds? If so, apply to work with us.

We have a great team. Our teachers are kind and friendly and our admin team is supportive. Our admin teachers have been teachers and know what you need so that you are successful, feel empowered and supported. We are looking for the right person who can manage a classroom well, keep our students engaged and provide a fun and nurturing environment. You must be credentialed at least a level II with recent experience working in a toddler classroom. Need more practice before you take on a lead position? We can help and coach you. We pay for EQIT or other ECE courses.

We use a play and inquiry based curriculum and follow Conscious Discipline for our social‑emotional practice. We can train you in this area. As an experienced teacher, you do have flexibility with designing the curriculum.

Pay is a starting wage and will be adjusted appropriately depending on your experience and credentials. You will need to pass a CBI/FBI, out‑of‑state and Trails background check. We are a Cognia‑accredited school that strives on a positive culture and atmosphere. We take health and safety seriously.
