Lead Teacher - One-Year-Old Classroom

We are seeking an energetic, confident, and consistent Lead Teacher for our One-Year-Old classroom. This individual should be warm and nurturing, with a strong backbone - someone who sets clear expectations, provides structure, and understands that while schedules are important, flexibility is essential in early childhood environments. Our ideal candidate is a team-oriented educator with strong communication skills who shows initiative and is passionate about helping one-year-olds grow socially, emotionally, and developmentally.

• A current CDA (Child Development Associate) or Early Childhood Teaching Credential
• Proof of current and active enrollment in an accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field
