Job summary

Duke Regional Hospital, part of Duke Health, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the night shift in the Mother/Baby Unit. The RN delivers comprehensive nursing care in a safe, patient-centered environment and collaborates with the care team to ensure optimal birth experiences for families.

The unit handles over 2,500 births annually; nurses participate in the clinical ladder, ongoing education, and multidisciplinary committees.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical nursing experience required.
• BSN or higher; ADN with BSN enrollment within two years is expected.
• Current NC RN license or compact license to practice in NC is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise total nursing care per the nursing process.
• Deliver patient-centered care and maintain exceptional service to patients and families.
