• Analyze proposals to determine costs and prepare detailed estimates.
• Communicate with project team to clarify project details.
• Identify potential cost-saving measures and propose client alternatives.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits.
• Collaborate with other departments and support project managers during construction.
