Qualifications
- 5+ years in multi-family construction or related field
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in construction management, civil engineering, or related discipline
- Professional certifications in construction estimating or project management are a plus
Responsibilities
- Review project specifications and drawings to determine scope of work
- Analyze proposals to determine costs and prepare detailed estimates
- Communicate with project team to clarify project details
- Identify cost-saving measures and propose alternatives to clients
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits
- Collaborate with other departments and support project managers during construction
- Work independently on multi-family projects
