Next Phase Construction, Inc. is seeking an Estimator to support the Pre-Construction department in take-offs, estimating, bidding, logistics, contracting and scheduling for multifamily projects in California and the western United States.

You will work with owners, consultants and subs to develop detailed cost estimates and budgets while upholding our core values and professional standards. The role emphasizes constructability, value engineering, and accurate documentation, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction experience preferred.
• Ability to review plans and specs to create accurate estimates.
• Understanding of local codes and construction methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and CM software.
• Detail-oriented with teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates for new projects with stakeholders.
• Prepare subcontractor bid reconciliations.
• Coordinate pre-construction activities and logistics.
• Support project buy-out and scheduling.
• Maintain documentation and respond to RFIs.
• Use Bluebeam to read drawings and take-offs.
