Job summary

Employ-Temps Staffing Services in Painesville, OH is seeking an Experienced Mill Helper to support operators with loading coils onto pay-off reels and to operate jib cranes. You will set up and tear down exit end racking and assist in stacking finished goods into proper packaging.

The role includes cleaning and painting equipment, keeping the work area clean, banding and wrapping finished goods to packaging specifications, and performing other duties as assigned by supervision.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to read measurement tools (tape measure, caliper, micrometer).
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Read and comprehend manufacturing orders, quality check sheets, and part drawings.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift 75 lbs repeatedly.

Experienced Mill Helper- Direct Hire

We are currently seeking candidates with experience in manufacturing and mill environments for a Mill Helper position in Painesville OH. In this position, you will primarily assist operators with loading, stacking, and equipment setup, ensuring smooth production processes.

Shift:

• 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM

Pay:

• $19 per hour
