The ideal candidate will operate band saws, slicers, cubers, grinders, and knives, with wrapping, sanitation, and safety as a priority. The role is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week with weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience cutting beef, pork and chicken in a grocery store meat market.
• Proficient with band saws, slicers, cubers, grinders and knives.
• Experience wrapping, sanitation and safety compliance is required.
• Able to work 40 hours per week including weekends and most holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cut, grind, slice, trim, weigh, seal, package and label products.
• Unload trucks and store items properly.
• Sanitize and clean equipment.
• Keep meat department floors clean and organized.
• Assist customers at the counter in a friendly and timely manner.
