Qualifications

• Prior experience in all cuts of beef, pork, and chicken.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs without assistance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, grinding, slicing, trimming, weighing, sealing, packaging, and labeling products.
• Unloading trucks and storing products in the proper location.
• Checking product dates and rotating stock appropriately.
• Sanitizing and cleaning equipment.
• Keeping the meat department floors free of clutter.
