Job summary

Charter Next Generation, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Material Handler/Shipper in Turners Falls, MA. This full-time role supports extrusion packaging, transfers finished rolls, and ensures safe, efficient material flow.

The Role

From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Schedule:Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule

• 12-hour static shifts (Days -5:00am –5:00pm) OR (Nights - 5:00pm - 5:00am)

What You'll Do

• Transferring of finished rolls of film from an extrusion line
• Packaging/labeling the rolls per customer specifications
• Scrap Removal
• Stocking production/packaging areas with necessary materials
• Maintain good interaction and teamwork with supervisor and co-workers

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Forklift experience required
• Wages starting from $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
