Job summary

Charter Next Generation, Inc. is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Milton, WI. You will lead 12-hour nights, coach a production team, and ensure safety and quality across lines, while delivering on production goals.

You must have 5+ years in leadership, be physically capable of lifting up to 65 pounds, and pass a pre-employment drug screen. The role offers ownership through employee equity and strong benefits.

Position Schedule

• 12-hour static shifts (Nights - 6:00pm – 6:00am)

Position Duties

• Collaborate with teammates to achieve production and safety goals
• Coach, motivate and engage team members to assist in workforce development
• Organize and lead shift and safety meetings
• Establish work schedules and production sequences to meet production goals
• Conduct performance evaluations in a timely manner
• Confirm all lines are cleaned in accordance with BRC standards
• Document all disciplinary actions resulting from policy/procedure violations
• Verify the quality of all products by managing and overseeing quality checks
• Ensure shift is staffed in its entirety and communicates with human resources
• Analyze and complete overtime paperwork, records, performance charts, work orders, and production schedules to set production requirements, production estimates, and outputs

Position Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
• 5+ years of leadership experience required, with experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• A high school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
