The Role

You will operate state‑of‑the‑art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high‑quality specialty films. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.

Schedule

Work only 15 days per month with a unique 2‑2‑3 schedule:

  • Work: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
  • Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
  • 12‑hour static shifts (Nights – 6:00 pm – 6:00 am) (Days – 6:00 am – 6:00 pm)
What You’ll Do
  • Perform duties in a manner that adheres to safety policies and procedures.
  • Transfer finished rolls of film from an extrusion line.
  • Package/label rolls according to customer specifications.
  • Remove scrap.
  • Stock production/packaging areas with necessary materials.
  • Maintain good interaction and teamwork with supervisor and co‑workers.
Essential Qualifications
  • Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1‑3 years of plastic extrusion experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Previous manufacturing experience.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Wages ranging from $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
  • Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
