Job summary

Charter Next Generation, Inc. is seeking personnel for direct labor roles at our Ontario, OH facility.

You will operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films, monitor production quality, troubleshoot issues, and participate in our training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions. The role requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts, lift up to 65 pounds, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• 12-hour shifts; lift up to 65 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Wages range from $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
• Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.

The Role

You will operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.

Schedule:

Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule

• A - Day Shift:7:00am - 7:00pm (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and alternating Saturdays)
• C - Day Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and alternating Saturdays)
• D – Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and alternating Saturdays)
