Qualifications

• Excellent human relation skills; tenant interaction required.
• Mechanical aptitude; willing to learn new maintenance technologies.
• Present self in a neat, professional manner; follow Employee Handbook.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Expedite make-readies; check appliance operations and perform minor repairs.
• Plumbing repairs including faucets, sinks, and sewers; maintain systems.
• Pool maintenance: backwash, vacuum, skim, and chemical levels.
• Carpentry: repair balconies, doors, frames, floors, and fixtures.
• Painting: repair drywall, texture walls, and paint.
• Grounds maintenance and general upkeep across the property.
• Expedite service requests and maintain public relations.
