We are seeking experienced individuals for the Maintenance Technician / Millwright position at the Deason Quarry in Shelbyville, TN. The ideal candidate should have experience in welding, millwright work, or plant maintenance, capable of maintaining and repairing plant operations including crushers, conveyors, and screens. Flexibility in working hours and weekend work may be required.

• Location: Deason Quarry - Shelbyville, TN
• Starting Wages: $21.00/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Focus on safety excellence.
• Mechanical aptitude for diagnosing and repairing plant equipment.
• Previous experience in fixed plant maintenance or related industry required.
• Experience with crushers, conveyors, and screens preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills in fabricating, cutting, and welding (stick and MIG) required.
• Ability to lead, plan, and execute plant maintenance and repairs.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Flexible with working hours and adaptable to different environments.
