Requirements:

We're looking for someone who loves working with their hands, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly all while providing professional customer service to our . Whether you're new to the field or have years of experience, we'll give you the tools and support to succeed.

Here's What You'll Do: (Hint - Our current Techs love the VARIETY of work!)

• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks in and around our properties
• Address maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Work closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly
• Stay proactive and adaptable to the needs of the property and
• After hours duties as necessary including rotating on-call and snow removal

What You'll Need:

• A valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Physical fitness to handle hands-on tasks in various weather conditions
• Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
• Willingness to learn and utilize tools effectively

Experienced Maintenance Techs will also need:

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the tools and equipment commonly used in maintenance and repair tasks
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members on tool use and safety practice
• EPA Certification (or the willingness to obtain it! Regency-paid.)
