Banyan Living in the greater Cleveland and Columbus areas is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance across our properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to respond to maintenance requests promptly.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certifications are preferred and may be required for certain tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities are essential for maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly with excellent customer service.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants by completing repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities and track supply inventory.
• Collaborate with the property management team to address and resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
