Fogelman is seeking an Experienced Certified Maintenance Technician for Station Heights Apartments in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and strong skills in plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal) required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Proficient in computers and online applications.
• Knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and repairs to buildings and grounds as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and coworkers.
• Assist in preventive maintenance projects and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain safety policies and adhere to Fair Housing guidelines.
• Work on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Weekend work may be required.
