• Complete make-ready units and prepare them for new residents.
• Manage supplies and equipment inventory; bring own tools if required.
• Escalate issues to Service Director as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain positive communications with residents, vendors and coworkers.
• Adhere to safety and Fair Housing policies.
