Job summary

Charter Next Generation seeks an Experienced Machine Operator to operate and monitor plastic extrusion production lines, set up machines, and inspect products for quality on a 12-hour shift cycle. You will contribute to a safe, efficient manufacturing environment and support shift handoffs with teammates.

The Role

From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Schedule : Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule

• 12-hour static shifts: (Nights - 7:00pm – 7:00am) (Days - 7:00am - 7:00pm)
• Rotational Shifts: Alternates between Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm) and Night Shift (7:00pm-7:00am) hours every 4 weeks

What You'll Do

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Wages ranging up to $25.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
