Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $23.50/hr

Shift Schedule

• 2-2-3 schedule: Monday & Tuesday off, work Friday-Sunday or vice versa
• 12-hour day shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am)

Compensation

• Starting wage: $18.00-$21.00/hr depending on experience
• Night shift differential: $2.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production lines, including plastic extrusion machines
• Ensure safety policies are followed
• Participate in training and certification
• Set up machines, changeover, and perform quality checks
• Perform housekeeping and preventative maintenance
• Maintain raw materials and assist team members

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing, technical, or engineering fields
• Associate or higher degree or technical certification preferred
• Ability to use measuring tools and possess mechanical aptitude
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 65 lbs
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Strong communication skills and safety focus

Work Environment

Requires standing most of the 12-hour shift, working around hot surfaces and rotating equipment, with exposure to temperature changes.
