Pay Rate: $13.00/hr + $+1.50 shift differential

Position Summary:
A-Line Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Mold Machine Operator to join the 3rdshift team in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating multi-cavity injection molding machines and performing minor maintenance tasks to ensure consistent production of high-quality molded components.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment to manufacture components in compliance with quality specifications.
Monitor and inspect molded parts for quality, and promptly report any deviations.
Request technical support when needed to maintain part quality and minimize downtime.
Conduct minor maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure continuous production.
Load surplus molded components into inventory and track materials as required.
Maintain a thorough understanding of raw materials and products produced in the department.
Keep machinery and work areas clean and organized in compliance with GMP standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain production during breaks or staffing shortages.
Follow all relevant documentation, including work instructions, forms, and maintenance procedures.
Perform thorough product inspections and make quality decisions as necessary.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting ; experience with electric and hydraulic injection molding presses highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with GMP regulations and manufacturing documentation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Manufacturing floor environment with exposure to machinery and production noise.
Requires standing for extended periods and manual handling of materials.
Must wear appropriate PPE and adhere to safety protocols.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
