Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment, prepare materials, and ensure sanitation.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment, adhering to safety and quality policies.
• Conduct quality checks, monitor machine operations, and ensure product conformity.
• Record data, adjust processes, and comply with safety, food safety, and environmental laws.
• Work with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize machine performance.
• Participate in start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers, and continuous improvement activities.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine issues, clear jams, and report defects.
• Prepare raw and packing materials using industrial equipment.
• Follow bill of materials, perform weight conversions, and handle finished products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to meet deadlines in a team environment.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Experience operating industrial equipment and knowledge of production processes.
• Attention to detail, organization, and good judgment.
• Experience in high-speed food manufacturing, Lean methodologies, or technical degrees are a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions.
• Work in varying indoor temperatures, noisy environments, and wear PPE.
• Exposure to food allergens and manufacturing smells.
