Job summary

Timbers-Kovar is seeking Experienced Loading Dock and/or Automatic/Commercial/Industrial Door Technicians for our Mentor, OH location. You'll work with seasoned technicians on troubleshooting, servicing, and installing automatic doors and related equipment, with training from manufacturers and on-the-job mentoring.

Because of continued growth, we are looking for Experienced Loading Dock and/or Automatic / Commercial / Industrial Door Technicians to join our team at our Mentor, OH location. This position will work with our seasoned technicians in troubleshooting, servicing, and installing automatic doors and other commercial door equipment. You will receive training from our manufacturers as well as on the job training and mentoring from our experienced technicians.

In Order To Be Considered, You Must Have:

• Solid mechanical aptitude
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors
• Ability to work at heights
• Prior experience troubleshooting, repairing, and/or installing commercial or residential door and/or dock equipment (2+ years)
• Welding skills with prior field service experience or electrical troubleshooting experience (2+ years)

Hourly pay is negotiable based upon experience.
