Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal in Texas to support attorneys in high-stakes disputes from file to trial. The role requires strong experience in trial support, e‑discovery, and case management, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in commercial litigation.
• Proven file-to-trial experience, including trial attendance and support.
• Proficiency in E-Discovery platforms (Relativity, Logikcull, Concordance).
• Strong understanding of Texas court procedures and filing systems.
• Comfortable and confident in a courtroom setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files from inception through trial, including case calendaring, document management, and trial preparation.
• Conduct and manage E-Discovery, including document collection, review, and production using industry-standard platforms.
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
• Assist with deposition preparation, witness coordination, and exhibit organization.
• Attend court proceedings and provide in-court support to attorneys as needed.
• Maintain case databases and ensure accurate and timely updates.
• Liaise with clients, experts, and court personnel professionally and efficiently.
