• Familiarity with PACER, LexisNexis, Adobe, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and e-file pleadings in Texas state and federal courts.
• Calendar deadlines and hearings; manage case tasks.
• Draft petitions, answers, motions, orders, and subpoenas.
• Coordinate discovery requests, responses, and document productions.
• Assist with hearing and trial preparation and exhibit organization.
• Record billable time accurately.
