gpac is seeking a seasoned litigation legal assistant to anchor its Tulsa, OK office. The role focuses on managing a heavy caseload, docketing in Oklahoma and Missouri, supporting discovery, filings, and appellate work.

Candidates should have 5–10 years of heavy litigation experience, exceptional attention to detail, top-notch docketing skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Some overtime is required but not every week.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 100+ matters.
• Docket for Oklahoma and Missouri, with other states possible.

• Pivot quickly as priorities shift.
