Job summary

gpac is seeking a seasoned litigation legal assistant to anchor its Tulsa, OK office. The role focuses on managing a heavy caseload, docketing in Oklahoma and Missouri, supporting discovery, filings, and appellate work.

Candidates should have 5–10 years of heavy litigation experience, exceptional attention to detail, top-notch docketing skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Some overtime is required but not every week.

A respected, long-standing firm is looking for a seasoned litigation legal assistant to anchor its Tulsa office.

Litigation Legal Assistant | Tulsa, OK

Compensation & Schedule

• $55,000-$65,000 salary
• 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
• Flexible start (8, 8:30, or 9) with a matching end (5, 5:30, or 6)
