Qualifications

• Knowledge of ECF and traditional state and federal filing procedures; 10th Circuit filing a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; excellent spelling and grammar; proficient in Word/Outlook.
• Ability to prepare complex pleadings, motions, briefs, correspondence, including Tables of Contents and Authorities, and indexing.
• Heavy litigation experience preferred: motion practice, trial prep, depositions, discovery review/redaction, and caseload management.

• Provide legal assistance to multiple attorneys with pleadings, briefs, exhibits, correspondence, discovery, and court filings.
• Assist with preparation and management of pleadings and related documents; organize timelines and priorities.
