Addison Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking a hybrid Paralegal and Legal Assistant with a Litigation focus. This full-time position supports attorneys through all stages of litigation while providing high-level administrative assistance.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of litigation experience, strong organizational and research skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software. Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in litigation support or law firm setting.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes, court rules, and document production standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal software.
• Excellent legal research, writing, proofreading, and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation including case management, research, drafting, discovery, and trial prep.
• Conduct factual investigations and legal research; prepare memos, witness backgrounds, and expert reports.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and other litigation documents.
• Coordinate discovery efforts including productions, privilege review, and privilege logs.
• Prepare deposition materials and manage transcripts and exhibits.
