Job summary

One Door North in San Diego's North Park is seeking an experienced line cook (2+ years) to join our established kitchen team. You’ll work with a fast-paced, chef-driven operation, executing dishes to spec with pride and consistency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven line cook experience in a high-volume or chef-driven kitchen.
• Strong fundamentals in sauces, proteins, prep, timing, and temperature control.
• Ability to execute consistently under pressure and follow standards.
• Clean, organized station habits and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items to spec with accuracy and consistency.
• Prep correctly and efficiently according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety; communicate with BOH and FOH.
• Support service flow, prep, and closing responsibilities.
• Uphold quality and speed during high-volume service.
