Qualifications

• Prepare dishes according to recipes.
• Previous cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time.
• Attention to detail in timing, measurements and portions.
• Basic math skills and working knowledge of cooking measurements.
• Strong knife skills and proper handling techniques.
• Ability to prioritize and follow direction from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes according to recipes and plating standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Keep back-of-house clean, organized, and stocked for efficient service.
• Assist with station setup, mise en place, and line checks.
• Support seniors chefs and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
