Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a line cook to prepare, portion, cook and plate food to restaurant standards. You will maintain sanitation and follow Health Department rules in a fast-paced kitchen.

The role requires at least six months as a line cook, basic cooking skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and effective communication in English. Candidates should be able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Six months of line cook experience minimum.
• ServeSafe certification preferred.
• Enrolled in or graduated from a culinary program preferred.
• Must follow sanitation rules and Health Department regulations.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform.
• Prepare, portion, cook and plate food according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation in work areas and equipment.
• Ensure station is prepared to meet anticipated level of business for the day.
• Provide superior customer service and adhere to Wind Creek Bethlehem policies.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, meet ticket times and assist teammates as needed.
