Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Cook I for the TM Dining outlet. You will perform basic food preparation, cooking and storing to support the culinary team in service readiness.

Responsibilities include following menus, using proper sanitation practices, delivering friendly service to guests, and adhering to Wind Creek policies and PGCB rules. Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and meet eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written.
• Strong guest service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform.
• Cook in the assigned TM Dining outlet per menus.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and safety procedures.
• Provide courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Adhere to Wind Creek policies and PGCB rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
