What you'll do:
- Maintain guest focus in all tasks
- Ensure quality of products served
- Prepare various food items using different kitchen equipment
- Fulfill guest requests promptly
- Follow daily prep lists and report issues to management
- Adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and safety standards
- Stock and maintain sufficient food levels at stations
- Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of dishes
- Handle, store, label, and rotate products properly
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- At least 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Experience in kitchen and staff management
- Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently
- Familiarity with industry best practices and software tools
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work unsupervised
- Availability between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- ServSafe or Food Handler certification
