Veracity Ventures Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a Level IV unit. The RN will provide comprehensive care for critically ill neonates and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team during 12-hour night shifts.

Requirements include a nursing degree from an accredited program, at least 1 year NICU experience, Washington RN license, BLS, and NRP. This full‑time, onsite role emphasizes patient safety and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 full year of post-gr graduation NICU experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Washington RN License – required upon hire.
• BLS (AHA) – required upon hire.
• NRP (AAP) – required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients in a high-acuity Level IV NICU.
• Assess, monitor, document, and evaluate patient conditions and individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and families and provide education and support.
• Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, prioritization, and critical-care nursing skills.
