Experienced Infusion Commercial Insurance Collector

This is a 100% remote position requiring 3-5 years of commercial insurance collection experience; home infusion experience is preferred.

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Collection expert to join our team. Responsibilities include contract analysis, reimbursement, denial management, appeals, and resolving billing issues with insurance companies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, in-depth collection practice knowledge, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Education and Experience

• Support patient rights and confidentiality
• Follow up on invoices for prompt payment
• Evaluate payments and denials, apply corrections
• Identify and process bad debts, write-offs, overpayments
• Communicate with departments for claim information
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Verify billing accuracy
• Troubleshoot payment discrepancies
• Document interactions thoroughly
• Maximize claim reimbursements
• Resolve denials within 5 days
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality
• Understand NDC codes, infusion supplies, insurance plans
• Share knowledge and collaborate effectively
