SUMMARY

Responsible for safely operating high-speed machines, machine set-up, troubleshooting machines, handling materials, and use of other assigned tools. Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times. ITC Manufacturing offers a four-day work week (Monday-Thursday) OR three-day work week (Friday-Sunday) + overtime opportunities!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operate high-speed machines and handle materials safely and efficiently.
2. Keep work areas, including spare parts shelves and tools, organized and clean.
3. Perform tasks in a timely and orderly manner, ensuring quality through required checks.
4. Maintain a safe work environment following OSHA regulations.
5. Operate machines, troubleshoot, and make minor adjustments per SOPs.
6. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and assist with changeovers.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
8. Read and interpret blueprints and production schedules.
9. Prepare materials and change tooling as needed.
10. Complete production sheets and quality checks accurately.
11. Follow lockout/tagout procedures and other safety protocols.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of machine operator experience in a technical manufacturing role.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Familiarity with computer-operated equipment.
• Ability to communicate technical information regarding machinery.
• Proficiency in reading measurements and using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Ability to work while standing for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
• Punctuality and self-motivation are essential.
• Formal technical training is a plus.
