Job description

We are looking for experienced CNC machinists on our twilight shifts.

Twilight shift (11 am – 9pm working 4 days a week)

The successful candidates must be able to set-up and run two or more core primary machine platform types or set and operate complex equipment, complex parts and machine exotic materials; operate other platform types. They should be able to troubleshoot problems on core primary machineplatform types during both set-up and run. Have the ability to recognise and solve non-routine problems on core primary machine platform types. Contribute to the achievement of department, plant and company objectives. Perform all day-to-day tasks in the most cost-effective manner. Ensure a quality product is processed according to schedule. Set the example with respect to 5s, competencies and behaviours. Adhere to all regulatory requirements placed on the plant. Support company operating plan along with Swagelok’s mission, vision and values.

The level 4 role must also be able to organise day to day manning of the department.
