Qualifications

• 0–5 years of business immigration experience or equivalent readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to navigate case management systems and document handling tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for routine client communications.
• Handle high-volume immigration filings using templates and systems.
• Scan and file complex petitions to support case management.
• Maintain accurate case records with data integrity.
• Use reports and dashboards to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Draft immigration forms and supporting letters for various petitions.
• Coordinate with government agencies on RFEs and deadlines.
• Build foundational knowledge across immigration case types.
• Ensure compliance and update internal procedures as laws change.
• Participate in training and process improvement initiatives.
• Escalate operational issues to legal leadership.
