Job summary

Kauai Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems across Kauai. You will independently handle service calls, perform preventive maintenance, and communicate options to customers with accuracy and clarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA 608 Certification in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and repair common AC issues and diagnose service calls.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service work on residential systems.
• Provide accurate field estimates and present repair options to customers.
• Mentor Maintenance Technicians on the jobsite and maintain safety standards.
• Document service calls in the system with findings and actions taken.
