Augusta Plumbing and Heating in St. Cloud, MN is hiring a full-time Experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose issues, complete repairs, and deliver high-quality service across a variety of systems.

You’ll work Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. The role requires 4+ years of HVAC experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, strong troubleshooting, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• HVAC or related industry education is preferred but not required.

What You Bring

• Ability to work in various positions and environments, including standing, walking, bending, crawling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and climbing
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds

HVAC or related industry education is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

$30.00–$45.00 per hour, depending on experience.
