Job summary

Augusta Plumbing and Heating in St. Cloud, MN is hiring a full-time HVAC Apprentice. No experience required—training provided. Starting pay is $19+ per hour, with solid benefits.

You’ll work Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. Daily tasks include learning HVAC and plumbing, installing furnaces, troubleshooting, and hands-on repairs, all with no on-call, nights, or weekend shifts and a clear path to a rewarding career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Residence within a 15-minute commute of St. Cloud, MN
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and handle the physical aspects of the job

Responsibilities

• Learn HVAC and plumbing basics on the job
• Assist with installing furnaces and repairing plumbing systems
• Help gather tools and troubleshoot under supervision

GET FAMILIAR WITH THIS APPRENTICESHIP

Schedule: As an HVAC Apprentice, you'll work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (half-day Fridays – your weekends start early!).

Your Typical Day: As an HVAC Apprentice, no two days are the same. Each morning, you'll work alongside seasoned pros, learning the ropes of both HVAC and plumbing. One day, you'll be installing a new furnace, and the next, you'll be fixing plumbing systems to keep families comfortable. You'll gather tools, assist with troubleshooting, and handle hands-on repairs – all while building a future in a respected, high-demand trade. And the best part?
