Pay: $29-$48/hr, depending on experience plus spiffs and bonuses (top performers can make over $100,000)

Position Summary: As a Commercial & Residential HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems in both commercial and residential settings according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. You will also provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years combined commercial and residential service experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA Type 2 required
• EPA Universal certification
• NATE certified
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Advanced customer service skills
